Eat as Healthy as you can like Popeye the Sailor Man! Come along and learn how to cook up a storm to "Stay Strong with Popeye" at the Loch Broom Leisure Centre. Free bouncy castle for the little ones and free swims for all, after you have tasted some of popeye's favourite food!

A walk in the moorland above Dundonnell to observe the variety of birds who choose this wetland to bring up their young. The minibus will leave from Ullapool High School at 10.30am. Those wishing to make their own way, meet at the Badrallach Road junction (GRNH114855)

Come along to the museum to see a demonstration of the traditional craft of creel making – have a go yourself aswell! Outside you can taste free samples of Popeye's favourite fish snacks from the The Two Fat Gents Healthyways cookery stall!

Another exciting programme of boat-building can be witnessed daily at the Ullapool Boat Builders yard. Witness the finishing touches being put to the Jubilee - a Sgoth belonging to Ness Historical Society.
Last years' community boat - Wee Hector - will also be a big feature this year with trips being organised by the Loch Broom Sailing Club, weather permitting.
